The iPod touch is now even better over the years. A device that is in my head an iPhone without the phone part (3G).
The 4th Generation iPod touch boasts many of the features of the iPhone has with its four displays of the retina, gyroscope, Apple processor, A4, individual volume rocker, FaceTime camera, rearview camera, a microphone and 802.11g networks, this is much more an iPod touch.
The first real big change that you can see with the new> IPod touch is the exterior design. The iPod touch, the fourth gene is much thinner and lighter than the iPod touch second and third generations, both in the design exactly the same. The back of the unit is still nice chrome, a line would be great on them. The front panel of the iPod has changed with the chrome now less visible to the front edge is much thinner and from left to right. The volume rocker are separate keys, feel the challengeto serve you better. Of course we do not have the rear camera on the back and face time on camera before. All design changes are fabulous in everything and just make the iPod touch, much better.
The display is the biggest change for me, "Retinal Display" that is. With a resolution of 960x640 and back-lighting systems extended into force Apple's ambient light sensor set alongside what rocks! It 'really look like a print screen and morelooks better than text, images, video. If you compare this panel to the iPod touch before (the announcement was an absolutely great), this thing blows away. I also started, things in applications that I had never seen before, and the text seemed thinner because of it that is clearer, this is because the retina display remarkable.
The camera takes very good pictures back to Twitter, etc., compared to the iPhone 4 is by far not the same. The iPhone has a 5MP 4Rear view camera and the 4th Generation iPod touch has 0.7MP back camera. 0.7MP as small, but makes the images very nice, but when it starts to blow, which has the lowest MP noted. Video recording of this camera is a different story, movies in HD 720p at 30 frames per second, the video cameras are of absolute importance and prominence in the market is not good.
Video inside and outside is crisp, clear and offers a rich color and contrast. Attention is also possible by simply touching the screenthe goal that you want. Top 4 video on the iPhone, is not as good, but close comparison with defiance.
FaceTime The front camera is VGA quality that is perfect for FaceTime calls. The quality is not terrible that's what I think every time I hear the term VGA is also due to low light and when in a call to feed video moved FaceTime never occurs, even on very slow connections. The microphone is both cameras have a very high quality,It takes a good low-level speech and audio reverb. When the game sounds are clear and that is surprising for a small device.
The speaker is real strong and better than the previous iPod touch, it is quite easy for games and movies, but in a busy area with much noise that will not be able to listen to the speaker. thin and small devices have a real challenge in terms of sound quality of speakers, Apple Isay do a great job with this iPod touch is even thinner than before, but it has a better sounding speaker system is remarkable.
In relation to the actual use of the battery is always better with every new iPod touch and so you get me this day with heavy use very well. The audio playback is 40 hours plus 7 hours of video playback and beyond. The iPod is defiantly a great experience in the maintenance and management, helps thin mask still fits wellin the hand.
Overall this is a fantastic device, if your iPhone in the market for a 4, but you do not like this contract is to take seriously. The iPod touch, the fourth gene is a great gift for those who have an iPod old, or maybe just their music, movies, TV shows, applications / games, e-mail, web, take pictures / movies and much more all in one easily accessible place.
